1. State of the bay

  • "regular" data products: possibly underway data, AUVs vertical sections, CTD profiles

2. ESP adaptive sampling

  • backtrack from HF radar (Jordan) -> source waters

3. LSTs tracking
  • LST position sent by Daphne every ~1h
  • projection of future LST position?
  • averaged profiles (T, S, Chl, NO3) sent by Daphne every ~1h
  • currents @100m: M1, ROMS nowcast & forecast, as inferred from LST position
4. Front tracking
  • front detection from Tethys, Dorado & gliders (Yanwu), display the resulting locations on ODSS
  • prediction of future location based on surface currents prediction?

3.1 STOQS

All data in one place (except for gridded products such a satellite/ROMS), good for data exploration.

Possible features to add:

  • URL sharing (available on kraken)
  • caching queries for faster processing
  • data selection from the map

For simple position data, Mike McCann suggests using the existing drifter track interface – simply send emails like below.
